I have recently begun working on a documentary about the way we farm, create and eat food in America, and more and more the world. It has been a great learning experience, being able to see and smell the reality of where our food comes from. I think that anyone who decides to eat, weather it’s chicken, beef or tofu, should take some time to find out where their food comes from.

Sometimes it is nice to get your hands dirty in a little bit of reality.

On the technical side of the project, I believe I have the title of 2nd Camera and Gaffer. The film is being shot entirely in HD (720p) and will be in theaters across the country in a year (fingers crossed).

Just to let you know, I am not a vegetarian nor do I plan to convert any time soon, I just love bacon too much.
